Patterns: Full service in-house pattern making, grading and markers.

Sample Department: In-house initial prototypes, samples, and mock-ups within a few days.

Embellishment: Screen printing, fabric roller printing, embroidery, foil, rhinestones, flocking, soft hand plastisol inks, water base inks, discharge inks, panel printing, belt printing, sublimation and all other up to date advancements in embellishment techniques.

Labeling: Custom sourced woven, heat transfer, screen printed, or pad printed labels.

Fabric: Sourcing, knitting, and dying. We can produce custom rolls in various knits and contents within 7-10 working days to meet our customer’s specifications.

Tracking & Reports: Daily or weekly work in process reports which include detailed time and action calendars.

Our company specializes in knits and light weight wovens. We keep greige yardage available in basic fabrics which are the core of our business. This includes both 100% Cotton and 50/50 Poly/Cotton blends: 18/1, 20/1, 30/1, 36/1, 40/1 basic jerseys and ribs, many variations on all specialty knits, thermals, pointelles, 2x1, 2x2, 1x1, 5x2 ribs, and burnouts custom designs.

We also specialize in performance fabrics and are up to date on the current technology behind this. This includes moisture wicking, UVA & UVB protection, cooling & insulation triggered by body temperature, and antimicrobial protection. 

The majority of our fabrics are knitted and finished with USA yarns either domestically or in Central America. We offer very competitive pricing based on fabrics knitted in Central America while maintaining the highest quality product and best possible leadtime.
Upon request, we supply all necessary paperwork including NAFTA, CAFTA, or any other certification paperwork on specialty fabrics, e.g. 100% Organics.
